PUMPKIN BREAD 
4 eggs
3 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1/3 c. water
2 c. fresh or canned pumpkin
3 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon

Line the bottom of 3 loaf pans with wax paper. Beat eggs with sugar. Add oil, water and pumpkin and mix. Add flour, soda, salt and cinnamon. Pour into ungreased loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let cool for 15 minutes. Remove from pans to racks to finish cooling.
