RICE KRISPIES TREATS 
1/3 c. butter
45 lg. marshmallows
5 1/2 c. Rice Krispies

Butter 13"x9"x2" pan. Melt butter in 3 quart pan over low heat. Add marshmallows. Stir constantly until melted and well blended. Heat and stir 2 to 3 minutes more. Remove from heat. Stir in Rice Krispies, press into pan with buttered fingers. Cut when cool. Makes 24.

VARIATIONS:

1/4 cup chopped glazed cherries

1/4 cup chocolate chips

1/2 cup peanut butter chips

1/3 cup coconut

Use Cocoa Krispies in place of regular ones.
