CHOCOLATE CRINKLE COOKIES 
4 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted
1/2 c. salad oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. 10x sugar

Combine chocolate, oil and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Add to chocolate mixture, mixing well. Chill several hours or overnight.

Roll dough into 1 inch balls; roll each in powdered sugar. Roll again in palm of hands. Place 2 inches apart on slightly greased cookie sheet.

Bake at 350°F for 10 to 12 minutes. (Centers will be soft.) Remove to wire rack and cool.

Makes about 6 dozen.
