SAUSAGE BISCUITS | |
10 oz. grated sharp cheddar cheese 1 lb. sausage 2 c. biscuit mix Melt cheese in double boiler. Add sausage and stir well. Add biscuit mix. Make into 1-inch balls and freeze. When needed, bake in 425 degree oven until done. Sausage will cook while baking. When brown they are done. Great for breakfast or coffee parties. Makes about 100. |
