STRAWBERRY RHUBARB PIE 
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1/4 c. flour
3 c. rhubarb (skinned), chopped
2 c. sliced strawberries

Combine sugar, egg and flour until smooth. Add rhubarb and strawberries until coated. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Turn heat down to 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
