APPLE - CINNAMON JUICE SYRUP 
1 (12 oz.) container apple juice concentrate (do not add water)
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. cloves, ground
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1 tbsp. cornstarch

Put all but 1/2 cup of the apple juice concentrate into a medium saucepan. Heat until boiling.

In a small bowl combine 1/2 cup apple juice concentrate, cornstarch, spices, vanilla and lemon juice, making sure the cornstarch doesn't form lumps.

Add the cornstarch mixture to the boiling juice and lower heat while whisking constantly (mixture should thicken to syrup consistency). Remove from heat. Serve warm with pancakes, waffles, oatmeal, etc. or cool and put in glass jar or bottle and store in refrigerator.
