CHINESE SALAD 
1 head red or green leaf lettuce
3 bunches green onions
2 chicken breasts, cooked, cubed & browned in soy sauce
1/2 c. almonds
1/2 c. sesame seeds
1 - 3 pkgs. Ramien noodles

DRESSING:

1/2 c. rice vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Brown almonds, sesame seeds and Ramien noodles in oil. Mix all ingredients together. Put dressing on right before serving.

Note: This makes a huge salad - vary the amounts of lettuce, onion and noodles. Also, you can use all sorts of chicken pieces.
