CHINESE CHICKEN SALAD 
3 chicken breasts, cooked & chunked
1 head lettuce, shredded
1 pkg. sesame sticks or 1 can rice noodles
3-6 green onions, sliced
1 sm. pkg. toasted almonds (about 1/3 c.)

DRESSING:

4 tbsp. sugar
4 tbsp. wine vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil
2-3 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Accent
1/4 c. sesame seeds if you use rice noodles

Combine chicken, lettuce, sesame sticks and onions.

Make dressing by mixing sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper over low heat. Add oil and remove from heat. Toss over salad just before serving. Top with almonds.
