MINESTRONE SOUP 
1 1/2 lb. hamburger, browned
1 can whole tomatoes
1 or 2 cans tomato sauce
1 can kidney beans with liquid
3 stalks celery, chopped
4 carrots, chopped
1/2 head cabbage, chopped fine
1 c. red wine
1 c. raw salad macaroni
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. rosemary
1 tsp. basil
1/2 c. dried parsley
4 c. water
4 beef bouillon cubes

Put all ingredients in large kettle and simmer for 3 hours or so. Add 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese before serving, if desired. Freezes well.
