ZUCCHINI PRESERVES 
6 c. chopped fine zucchini
5 c. sugar
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
2 sm. boxes or 1 lg. box Jello, apricot and strawberry, peach, etc.

Cook zucchini with enough water to cover for 10 minutes. Drain. Add sugar, pineapple. Cook for 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in Jello, put in jars and seal.
