3 lb. ground chuck
9 slices bread, break into sm. pieces
4 extra lg. eggs
16 oz. applesauce
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 onion, chopped
1/4 c. parsley
1 green pepper, chopped

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Place in 3 1/2 quart round covered casserole. Spread ketchup over top of meatloaf and bake for 1 hour, 45 minutes with the cover on and 15 minutes with the cover off.
