LASAGNA 
2 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tbsp. sweet basil
1 tsp. garlic powder
pepper to taste
2 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded imitation Mozzarella cheese
no-fat Parmesan cheese (not in dairy case; in a can)
2 large cans brand name tomato sauce
1 pkg. lasagna noodles

Cook lasagna noodles as directed; rinse, drain and set aside. Using a large skillet, brown onion and then brown ground beef. Stir in celery salt, sweet basil, garlic powder and pepper. Then add tomato sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.

Place a layer of lasagna noodles in bottom of lasagna pan. Spoon sauce mixture over noodles. Then sprinkle with some of the cheeses. Place a layer of noodles over this and alternate until all noodles are used, ending with a layer of sauce and cheese.

Bake in a 350°F oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until it bubbles. Great with your favorite salad and homemade garlic bread.

Serves approximately 10 to 12 people. Enjoy.
