CRAB MUSHROOMS MUFFINS 
3/4 lb. fresh mushrooms
3 tbsp. butter
Juice of 1 lemon
1/4 c. sherry
3/4 lb. fresh crab meat
1 c. sour cream
3 tbsp. parmesan cheese
4 English muffins
1 tbsp. parsley, diced

Saute mushrooms, add remaining ingredients, except crab and muffin, blend until smooth. Add crab and spoon onto English muffin.
