SPINACH CHEESE PIE | |
2 c. seasoned croutons, crushed 1/4 c. melted butter 6 tbsp. grated Parmesan 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drain 1 c. sm. curd cottage cheese 4 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, cut 1/2 inches 3 eggs, beaten 1/4 c. chopped onion 2 tbsp. sour cream 1 clove garlic 1/2 tsp. salt Combine croutons and butter. Press into 9-inch pie plate. Combine 1/4 cup Parmesan, spinach, cottage cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, eggs, onion, garlic, sour ream and salt; spoon over crust and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan. |
