CHEESE SPINACH PIE 
10 oz. pkg. frozen spinach
1 c. cottage cheese
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp. caraway seeds
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. seasoned pepper
Dash of nutmeg
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. grated Cheddar cheese
Paprika

Cook spinach according to package directions. Drain (most effectively done in a potato ricer). Add remaining ingredients through nutmeg. Mix well. Spread in 8 inch pie pan. Dot with butter; sprinkle with Cheddar cheese and paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
