DANISH FRIKADELLAR 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground pork
1 onion, minced
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 eggs
1 c. milk, broth or water
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1 c. crumbled bacon
1 c. mashed potatoes
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg

Mix all ingredients and shape into golf ball size meatballs. Heat a frying pan, when HOT add 3 tablespoons oil. Reduce temperature to medium, add meatballs. Cook until done about 15 to 20 minutes. Turning occasionally.
