1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sifted flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1 c. pecans, finely chopped

Cream together butter, sugar, and vanilla. Stir in pecans and flour. Form into 1 inch balls, place on cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove from cookie sheet and roll in confectioners sugar while hot. Cool and roll again in confectioners sugar.
