CHILI 
2 lbs. ground beef

Brown well in large pot, about 30 minutes.

1 lb. celery, diced
1 lb. onion, diced
6 oz. green pepper, diced

Cook until tender.

1 1/2 tbsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
29 oz. tomato puree
Equal amount of water
1 sm. can chili beans (Brooks Chili Hot Beans)
2 3/4 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. chili powder

Cook 20 minutes and serve.
