JUICING FOR GOOD HEALTH 
Use blender or juicer.

LIVER MOVER:

2-3 carrots
1/2 beet

DIGESTIVE SPECIAL:

Handful of spinach
6 carrots

HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE:

1 apple
Handful of parsley
6 carrots

SECRET TREAT:

Handful of parsley
3 carrots
2 celery stalks
2 cloves garlic

TENDONITIES:

1 apple
1/2 green pepper
4 carrots

MUSCLE CRAMPS:

1 apple
6-8 celery stalks

CLEANING AND STORING PRODUCE:

Formula for removing toxic surface sprays from the non-organic produce.

Fill kitchen sink with cold water.

Add 4 heaping tablespoons of salt and juice of 1/2 fresh lemon. This makes a diluted form of hydrochloric acid.

Soak fruits and vegetables 10-15 minutes.

Soak leafy greens for 3 minutes.

Soak berries 1-2 minutes.

Rinse after soaking.

Never wash or hull strawberries until just before use. They lose their freshness quite rapidly after washing.
