1 Pillsbury yellow cake mix
1 can cling peaches in heavy syrup
3 eggs

Mix these 3 ingredients according to package directions. The mixer will break up the peaches. Bake according to package directions. Ice with Cool Whip. This can be made in a 9 x 13 inch or layer cake. Peach preserves can be used between the layers of a layer cake.
