PEACH UPSIDE DOWN CAKE 
5 lb. or 4 lb. 8 oz. yellow cake mix
4 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 1/2 c. (1 lb. 4 oz.) brown sugar
2 c. butter, melted
1 (#10 can sliced or cut-up peaches (well drained)

Prepare cake mix according to box directions adding cinnamon and nutmeg to batter. Stir together brown sugar and butter. Pour into greased 18 x 16 inch pan.

Spread peaches evenly over brown sugar mixture. Pour batter over peaches.

Bake at 350 degree for 50 to 60 minutes. Cool. Cut. Invert onto serving plate. Garnish with whipped topping.
