QUICK BROILED TOMATOES 
1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
3 tbsp. Italian dressing
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
3 tomatoes, halved

Combine bread crumbs, dressing and parsley in small bowl; mix well. Spoon bread crumb mixture over cut surface of tomatoes. Broil about 4 inches from heat about 7 minutes or until topping is lightly browned. Yield: 6 servings.
