ORANGE - GLAZED PORK CHOPS 
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
1/2 tsp. grated ginger root
1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
1/2 c. orange juice
1 tbsp. soy sauce
4 pork loin chops (1 1/2 lb.)

Glaze: In small pan, stir sugar, cornstarch, orange peel, ginger root and red pepper. Stir in orange juice and soy sauce. Cook and stir until bubbly. Cook 2 minutes more. Trim excess fat; place pork chops on the heated rack of a broiler pan. Broil 3-4 inches from heat for 20-25 minutes; brushing with glaze every 5 minutes.
