NO - COOK STRAWBERRY FREEZER JAM | |
2 c. crushed strawberries (about 1 qt. ripe fruit) 4 c. sugar 3/4 c. water 1 box Sure Jel fruit pectin 1. Thoroughly mix fruit and sugar in large bowl; let stand 10 minutes. 2. Mix water and fruit pectin in small saucepan. Boil 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, stir into fruit. Continue stirring 3 minutes. 3. Ladle quickly into six 1 cup containers. Cover at once with tight lids. Let stand overnight, then store in freezer. |
