NO COOK STRAWBERRY JAM | |
Mash berries. Measure 3 cups into a bowl. Measure 5 1/4 cups sugar and pour over berries and mix well. Take 3/4 cup water and 1 box Sure Jell in a saucepan and boil 1 minute. Stir in fruit mixture for 3 minutes. Pour quickly into clean jars or cartons for the freezer. Raspberries can also be used. |
