1 (10 oz.) pkg. mini marshmallows
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
2 tbsp. sugar
2 c. cooked rice, cooled
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 c. chopped maraschino cherries
1 can (3 oz.) shredded coconut
1 c. whipping cream, whipped

Mix marshmallows and pineapple. Cream together cream cheese, sugar and mayonnaise until smooth. Add rice, cherries and coconut to marshmallow, pineapple mix. Fold in whipped cream and chill.
