1 lg. pkg. miniature marshmallows
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 c. cooked rice
12 (or more) maraschino cherries
1 c. whipping cream
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix together marshmallows and drained pineapple. Cream the cheese, sugar, mayonnaise together until smooth. Add rice, cherries and marshmallow mixture. Fold in whipped cream and nuts. Chill. Yield 6-8 servings. Can use Cool Whip instead of whipping cream.
