THOUSAND DOLLAR SALAD 
1 sm. box orange Jello
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 sm. jar maraschino cherries, chopped
1 c. coconut
1 c. boiling water
2 sliced bananas
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 pt. whipped cream or Cool Whip

Mix Jello and water together and refrigerate 45 minutes. Fold the remaining ingredients in and let set until firm. (Delicious as a salad or dessert; suggest spreading mixture on graham cracker crust and slice in squares.) Serves 15.
