MEXICAN MEATBALLS 
3 c. water
1 c. diced carrots
1 1/2 tsp. beef bouillon
1/4 tsp. whole celery seed
2 c. diced, peeled potatoes
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1/8 tsp. pepper

Put all ingredients in pot. Boil until tender.

MEATBALLS:

2 c. ground turkey
1 lg. egg white
1 tsp. chopped cilantro leaves
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 c. cooked white rice
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 tbsp. dried bread crumbs
