HOLIDAY CRANBERRY JAM 
2 c. fresh cranberries
1 med. orange
1/2 c. water
3 c. sugar
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed and crushed
1/4 bottle liquid fruit pectin

Finely chop or grind the cranberries. Cut the orange in quarters and remove the seeds, then grind. Combine the chopped fruits, water, sugar and crushed strawberries in a large kettle. Cook over low heat for 2 minutes, stirring constantly, then bring to a rolling boil. Boil hard for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in the pectin and skim off foam. Stir for 4 to 5 minutes, then pour into sterilized jars and cover with 1/8 inch paraffin.
