CORNBREAD SURPRISE 
2 pkg. Mexican cornbread
1 box wild rice with mushrooms
1 1/2 lb. ground meat
1/2 c. onions
1 can corn, drained
2 c. shredded cheese

Mix cornbread per directions. Cook wild rice per instructions. Brown ground meat with onions. Lightly cover bottom of ungreased 9x13 inch pan with cornbread mixture, then layer meat, rice, corn and cheese. Cover with remainder of cornbread mixture and bake at 350 degrees until golden brown.
