FRUIT CAKE COOKIES 
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
4 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. sweet pickle juice
3 c. cake flour
3 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. nutmeg

Mix the above ingredients together. Add 4 cups pecans, 1/2 pound raisins, 1 pound candied fruit, and 1 pound candied cherries. Mix thoroughly with batter mixture. Drop on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 250 degrees for 15-18 minutes.
