STUFFED MANICOTTI 
1 box manicotti
1 pkg. frozen spinach
1 lb. cottage cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
Spaghetti sauce

Cook manicotti. Drain, rinse, and cool. Thaw frozen spinach and squeeze water out. Combine with cottage cheese, slat, egg, and Mozzarella cheese. Stuff shells with cheese and spinach mixture. Place in casserole dish. Pour sauce over shell, place in casserole dish. Pour sauce over shells. Place extra cheese on top if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, covered.
