QUICK AND EASY CHEDDAR BISCUITS 
In medium size bowl combine:

2 c. all purpose flour
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. each ground cayenne pepper and salt

Cut in 1/4 cup butter until forms coarse crumbs. Make well in center of mixture; pour in 3/4 cup milk; stir until blended. Turn out onto floured surface, knead until holds together. Roll out 1/2 inch thick; cut out biscuits. Place on ungreased pan. Bake 20 minutes until golden in 400 degree oven. Makes about 1 dozen.
