CREAM CHEESE SALAD DRESSING 
1 egg
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. Cool Whip

Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thickened the egg, lemon juice and sugar. Cool slightly.

Cream the cream cheese and add the lemon mixture, mixing well. Fold in the Cool Whip. Refrigerate until needed or add drained fruit, marshmallows for frozen fruit salad.
