SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. extra lean ground beef
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 grated sm. onion
1/2 grated sm. potatoes
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Combine the above ingredients. Form into small meatballs. Drop into sauce and simmer 1 hour.

SAUCE:

1 lb. sauerkraut
1 qt. tomato juice
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar

Combine in a large saucepan. Heat until ingredients are well blended. Add meatballs and simmer 1 hour. Serve hot. G-R-E-A-T!!
