SQUASH CASSEROLE | |
5 lbs. yellow squash 2 eggs, beaten 1 c. bread crumbs 1 stick butter 1/4 c. sugar Salt and pepper to taste 2 tbsp. chopped onion Cook squash until tender. Drain and mash. Combine with eggs, bread crumbs, butter, sugar, salt, pepper and onion. Turn into 3 quart casserole, greased or sprayed with Pam. Cover with a light layer of bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees ntil lightly browned and set. |
