BLUEBERRY SNACK BARS 
CRUST:

1 c. flour
1 stick soft butter
1/4 c. confectioners' sugar

FILLING:

1/4 c. flour
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. coconut
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. blueberries

CRUST: Combine all 3 ingredients and spread in an 8 x 8 x 2 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

FILLING: Combine and mix all filling ingredients and spread on crust base. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool and cut into 2 x 1 inch bars. Yields: 24 bars with 115 calories per bar.
