1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 stick butter (melted)
1 egg, beaten

Mix with spoon. Spread in pan and form ridge around side of pan.

TOPPING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 box confectioners sugar
1/8 tsp. vanilla

Beat with mixer and pour on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Cut into bars.
