1 box 10X confectioners' sugar
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
2 to 4 tbsp. evaporated milk, more may be needed for spreading consistency
Approximately 1 jar peanut butter (1 c. is usually enough more or less may be added as desired)

Cream sugar, butter and evaporated milk until smooth. Add vanilla and beat at high speed 2 or 3 minutes. Reduce speed and add peanut butter slowly until mixed. Beat at high speed until of spreading consistency. More milk may be needed. Will ice sides and top of 2 or 3 layer cake. Children especially love this icing.
