HAM AND BEAN SPROUT SALAD 
1/2 lb. ham
1/2 lb. bean sprouts
1/2 green bell pepper
1/2 yellow bell pepper
1/2 orange bell pepper
1/2 red bell pepper
1/2 bunch green onions
Hard-boiled egg
1/4 c. Kikkoman soy sauce
3 tbsp. rice or white vinegar
1 tbsp. Oriental sesame oil
Regular salad oil

Slice ham and bell peppers into thin strips. Chop green onions. Combine ham, peppers, onion with bean sprouts. Toss and drizzle a small quantity of the regular oil to coat lightly.

Combine the Kikkoman, vinegar and Oriental sesame oil. Pour over ingredients. Toss again. Garnish with hard-boiled egg slices.
