BEAN SPROUT SALAD 
1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 head lettuce, cut into 1/2-inch wide shreds
1/4 c. sliced green onions
3 tbsp. Chinese parsley (cilantro) leaves
1/2 lb. fresh bean sprouts
2 tbsp. sesame seeds toasted (350 degrees for 5-7 minutes)
1/2 pkg. wonton skins

Slice the wonton skins into 1/2-inch slices and deep fry. Drain well; let cool.

DRESSING:

1/4 c. vinegar
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. sesame oil
1/4 tsp. five spiced powder
Salt
Pepper
MSG to taste
2 tbsp. salad oil

Mix well all dressing ingredients; toss and serve. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
