RHUBARB BAR 
2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. oatmeal
2 c. brown sugar
2 sticks butter, melted
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix and divide in half. Press half in the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan. Cook until thick and clear the following ingredients. 1 1/2 c. water 2 tbsp. cornstarch 1 tsp. vanilla

Spread 4 cups cut up rhubarb over the crust and pour the cooked mixture over. Top with the rest of the crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
