SAUERKRAUT RELISH SALAD 
1 lg. can sauerkraut
1 green pepper, chopped
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 sm. jar chopped pimento (drained)

Syrup of 1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup oil, 1/2 cup vinegar. Bring to boil, let cool. Pour over vegetables and let stand overnight and serve cold. Serves well with Christmas dinner and picnics.
