SEAFOOD CONTINENTAL 
2 cans cream of celery soup
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. white wine
1 c. mild cheese, grated
2 tbsp. butter
4 c. seafood, cooked (fish, shrimp or crab)
2 tbsp. parsley
1/4 c. buttered bread crumbs

Blend soup, milk and wine. Mix with seafood, cheese and parsley. Spoon into shallow baking dish. Dot with butter. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until crumbs are golden.

Serves 6.
