TORTELLINI PASTA SALAD 
1 pkg. meat or cheese-filled tortellini (frozen)
2 c. broccoli flowerets
1 c. diced green pepper
1 fresh tomato, cut in wedges
1 sm. onion, sliced in rings
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese (optional)
1 bottle Italian salad dressing

Cook tortellini according to package directions, drain and cool. Add fresh vegetables and cheese. Dressing can be added just before serving or to marinate overnight.
