FRENCH CHEESE CAKE 
4 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, at room temperature
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 (16 oz.) sour cream
6 lg. eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 stick melted butter

Mix cream cheese until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time. Whip well. Add sugar, vanilla, lemon juice, cornstarch, melted butter and last of all. Add sour cream. Pour into pan. Bake into springform pan in a pan of warm water at 450 degrees for 1 hour.
