FRENCH CHEESECAKE 
1 (9 1/2 inch) graham cracker crust

FILLING:

1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 carton whipping cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 pkg. unflavored Knox gelatin

Mix at slow speed until smooth. Add 1/2 cup lemon juice last. Pour into crust. Place in refrigerator for 24 hours. Serves 8.
