PUMPKIN PIE 
2 c. strained or canned pumpkin or squash
1 c. sugar, white or brown
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. each ginger, nutmeg, cloves, allspice
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs
2/3 c. milk
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
Unbaked pie shell

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl mixing well. Pour into unbaked shell and bake at 400 degrees until firm in center.
