HONEY-COCONUT AMBROSIA | |
1 med. sized pineapple 2 med. sized oranges 2 med. sized bananas 1/2 of 3 1/2 oz. can flaked coconut, toasted 1 (8 oz.) container plain yogurt 1/4 c. honey Peel and core pineapple and cut into bite sized pieces. Peel oranges and cut into bite sized pieces. Peel and cut banana into bite sized pieces. Reserve 2 tablespoons toasted coconut for garnish. In large bowl, mix yogurt, honey and remaining coconut. Add pineapple, oranges and bananas; toss gently to mix well. Spoon fruit mixture into 6 dessert bowls. Garnish with reserved coconut. Makes 6 servings. |
